Booking, cost and Payment

Plan and Self Managed NDIS clients

Pre Booking Interview

Before you book, we will talk to you about what your needs are and how we can best assist you. We will need to know information about your activities of daily living, your diet, your mobility and what your interests are. Where possible, we encourage you to visit our accommodation prior to booking.

Service Agreement

Prior to your stay, we will send you a Service Agreement, which you will need to read, sign and return. Once we have received the Service Agreement, your booking will be confirmed.

Schedule of Support

Along with the Service Agreement, we will also provide you with a Schedule of Support. This will detail the NDIS Support Item Name, Number and Cost.

Itinerary

We will discuss your needs and interests with you. For our Short Term Accommodation participant, we will draft an itinerary for your approval prior to your stay.

Invoice

Once you have enjoyed your stay at Sugar Gum Lane, we will invoice you or your Plan Manager. 

Cost

Our prices are the same as the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Pricing negotiations are welcomed.
